KORDANE is operated by RAMON C. CAPOTE INC. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to RAMON C. CAPOTE INC.

These Terms govern use of our online store and purchases from it, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and other expressly referenced policies.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement to place an order.

Provide accurate purchase information and use the store lawfully. You must not misuse payment methods, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, or infringe another person’s rights.

Product information

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, available sizes, and specifications.

Colors may appear different because of screen settings and lighting. This does not excuse supplying a materially different product.

Statements about composition, origin, construction, cushioning, waterproofing, traction, or other performance features apply only when expressly stated for the relevant product and supported by product information.

A technical or trail-inspired appearance does not independently establish suitability for running, hiking, workplace safety, or another specialized activity.

Sizing and selection

Review the product-specific size chart before ordering. Size labels may differ between manufacturers and models.

Sizing guidance helps with selection but cannot guarantee an identical fit for every customer. Contact us before purchase if essential measurements are missing.

An unsuitable size may be returned under our Return and Refund Policy when eligibility conditions are met.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are displayed before checkout is completed. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout.

You authorize the selected provider to process the amount displayed when you submit your purchase.

Future price changes do not alter an accepted order.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms receipt of the order but does not by itself resolve stock availability or payment verification.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable merchandise, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, a material listing error, or an unsupported delivery address.

If payment was collected for an order we cancel, we will issue a prompt refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product or size without your agreement.

Pricing or description errors

If a material error affects your order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate option, such as agreeing to a clearly disclosed correction or receiving a cancellation and refund.

We will not increase an accepted purchase price without your consent.

Fulfillment

We use third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, including partners outside the United States.

Our Shipping Policy explains coverage, costs, delivery estimates, tracking, and delay procedures.

Supplier or carrier involvement does not remove our responsibilities for your purchase.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, the 30-day return window, size exchanges, prepaid return shipping, cancellations, and refunds.

These voluntary conditions do not replace mandatory rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered merchandise.

Product use and care

Select footwear appropriate to its documented intended use and the conditions in which you will wear it.

Follow supplied care instructions. Do not assume that a particular cleaning method, machine washing, or chemical treatment is suitable unless the product instructions confirm it.

Normal wear, accidental damage, and damage caused by inappropriate treatment are different from a product defect. Applicable rights concerning defects remain unaffected.

Warranties

Any additional express warranty will be stated with the relevant product or supplied documentation.

We do not offer an additional lifetime or manufacturer warranty unless expressly identified. Applicable implied warranties and other statutory rights remain available as required by law.

Promotions

Promotion conditions, including eligibility and expiry dates, will be disclosed before purchase.

We will not retroactively impose undisclosed promotional conditions on an accepted order.

Intellectual property

Website text, photographs, graphics, and other content belong to or are licensed by their respective rights holders.

You may use the store for personal shopping. Commercial reproduction or misuse of protected content requires appropriate authorization.

Reviews and submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit.

If you submit a review or photograph for publication, you grant a nonexclusive permission to display, reproduce, and format it for that purpose, subject to applicable law and any separate permissions needed for other promotional use.

Submit only content you have the right to provide. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or irrelevant content. We do not prohibit honest reviews or condition support on their removal.

Third-party services

Separate terms may govern payment services and external websites.

Those terms do not eliminate KORDANE’s responsibilities for purchases from this store.

Website availability and liability

Temporary errors or interruptions may occur despite reasonable efforts to maintain the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, applicable warranties, fraud, or other protected claims.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website unavailability that were not reasonably foreseeable. This does not limit an appropriate remedy for a defective or unfulfilled purchase.

Governing law

Applicable federal law and Florida law govern these Terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under laws that apply to them.

Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Updates

We may revise these Terms for future use and purchases. Updated versions will show a revised date.

The Terms applicable when an order was placed govern that order unless a legally required change applies.
