Shipping policy

This policy applies to purchases from KORDANE, operated by RAMON C. CAPOTE INC.

Delivery coverage

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free within our supported delivery area.

Any optional delivery service, if available, will be identified and priced before you complete checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Our standard estimated timelines are:

Processing before dispatch: 1–3 business days.
Transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days.
Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 8–18 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Any different product-specific timeline will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Fulfillment and shipment origin

KORDANE works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Orders may ship directly from locations outside the United States.

Our Florida business address is an administrative contact address and does not indicate where your order ships from.

We remain your point of contact for delivery assistance, returns, and refunds.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will email the available tracking number and tracking link.

Carrier updates may take up to three business days to appear. Contact us if tracking has not activated after that period.

Items within the same order may arrive in separate parcels at no additional standard shipping charge. We will provide the available tracking details for each shipment.

Delayed dispatch

If we cannot dispatch your order within the promised processing period, we will notify you and explain the revised shipment estimate and your options.

We will obtain consent to delayed shipment when required by law. If required consent is not obtained, or we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected unshipped merchandise and issue a prompt refund within applicable legal deadlines.

Your ability to cancel a delayed, unshipped order will not be replaced by store credit.

Transit delays

Carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, or other events can affect arrival after dispatch.

If your order exceeds its estimated delivery window, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. A delay does not automatically remove your rights to a remedy.

Taxes and customs charges

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

KORDANE covers import duties and customs charges associated with fulfillment to supported U.S. addresses. If an unexpected import payment is requested, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.

Shipping address changes

Review your delivery address before submitting your purchase.

Email us immediately if a correction is needed. We will attempt to update the address before fulfillment, but changes may no longer be possible once processing or shipment is underway.

If a parcel is returned because of incorrect customer-provided information, we will discuss reshipment or refund options. Any proposed additional charge will be disclosed for your agreement before payment.

Lost, damaged, or missing parcels

We may ask you to confirm your address and check with household members or building staff while we investigate with the carrier.

A delivery scan alone does not automatically close your claim. Where an investigation confirms transit loss, misdelivery, or damage, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Purchasing shipping insurance is not required to receive assistance with an eligible delivery problem.
